Jacob Marshel

Jacob oversees underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management at Legacy Living, with a specialized focus on Nevada’s workforce housing market. He brings a wide range of experience in project management and capital formation, having previously been responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of over $250 million in closed transactions.
Currently, as a principal at LJR Management, Jacob manages the daily operations of 130 rent-stabilized apartments, giving him a unique edge in stabilizing “middle-market” housing. His hands-on experience in high-growth markets allows him to identify overlooked multifamily assets that provide both community value and investor durability.
Jacob earned his MBA from Georgetown University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and holds B.A.s in Economics and History from the University of North Carolina. His academic background and operational expertise make him a leader in bridging the gap between luxury rentals and affordable housing in the Silver State.

Juan Aguirre

Juan Aguirre has a proven track record in real estate investment spanning over a decade, with a dominant presence in the Las Vegas market. As a vertically integrated operator, Juan oversees every stage of the project lifecycle-from identifying off-market opportunities to long-term property management.
Beginning his career in 2012, Juan has scaled his portfolio to include 160 residential units valued at over $25 million. His expertise lies in the strategic repositioning of naturally occurring workforce housing, where he implements practical, light value-add renovations that improve property value (NOI) without pricing out essential local workers.
By applying his deep market knowledge, Juan has proven to be an insightful investor, adept at navigating market fluctuations and securing durable cash flow for partners. He remains committed to preserving attainable housing across Nevada while refining operational strategies to stay ahead in a high-growth demographic.

Founder and CEO

Anthony Mccray

Anthony P. McCray is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Living Investments, a multifamily investment firm focused on acquiring and operating value-add apartment communities through strategic syndication.

Anthony brings a rare blend of discipline, leadership, and market expertise to real estate investing. He proudly served five years in the United States military, where he developed the integrity, structure, and mission-first mindset that now guides his investment philosophy.

Following his military service, Anthony spent over 10 years as a top-producing residential real estate broker in the Las Vegas market, earning widespread recognition for performance, client advocacy, and results. Throughout his career, he has received 40+ industry awards, including numerous top producer honors, and achieved distinction as a Certified Relocation Specialist.

 

Anthony is also widely recognized as one of the top VA loan specialists in Nevada, helping hundreds of veterans and families successfully achieve homeownership. His deep understanding of financing, underwriting, and market cycles gives investors a strong strategic advantage.

 

With Legacy Living Investments, Anthony leverages his experience, relationships, and operational focus to identify, acquire, and manage multifamily assets that deliver long-term value, stable cash flow, and generational wealth for partners and investors.

Jacob Marshel

Jacob oversees underwriting, acquisitions, market research, and asset management at Legacy Living. He brings a wide range of experience in project management, acquisitions, and financing.

Jacob previously worked as an Acquisitions Manager at Urban Investment Partners and was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and capital formation of $250 million in closed transactions across residential, industrial, hotel, and retail assets.

He is currently a principal at LJR Management, a family office located in New York City, where he oversees the daily operations of 130 rent-stabilized apartments and over 100k square feet of retail/office space. His hands-on experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the industry.

 

Jacob earned his MBA from Georgetown University, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He received B.A.’s in both Economics and History from the University of North Carolina, where he was involved in the real estate club.

This remarkable growth is a testament to Juan’s strategic acumen and keen eye for potential.

By applying his expertise and market knowledge to each investment, Juan has proven to be an insightful investor, adept at identifying opportunities and navigating market fluctuations. His approach not only enhances the value of each property but also delivers exceptional returns on investment.
