Anthony Mccray
Anthony P. McCray is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Living Investments, a multifamily investment firm focused on acquiring and operating value-add apartment communities through strategic syndication.
Anthony brings a rare blend of discipline, leadership, and market expertise to real estate investing. He proudly served five years in the United States military, where he developed the integrity, structure, and mission-first mindset that now guides his investment philosophy.

Throughout his career, he has received 40+ industry awards, including numerous top producer honors, and achieved distinction as a Certified Relocation Specialist.
Anthony is also widely recognized as one of the top VA loan specialists in Nevada, helping hundreds of veterans and families successfully achieve homeownership. His deep understanding of financing, underwriting, and market cycles gives investors a strong strategic advantage.

Jacob Marshel
Jacob oversees underwriting, acquisitions, market research, and asset management at Legacy Living. He brings a wide range of experience in project management, acquisitions, and financing.
Jacob previously worked as an Acquisitions Manager at Urban Investment Partners and was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and capital formation of $250 million in closed transactions across residential, industrial, hotel, and retail assets.

He is currently a principal at LJR Management, a family office located in New York City, where he oversees the daily operations of 130 rent-stabilized apartments and over 100k square feet of retail/office space. His hands-on experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the industry.
Jacob earned his MBA from Georgetown University, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He received B.A.’s in both Economics and History from the University of North Carolina, where he was involved in the real estate club.
Juan Aguirre
Juan Aguirre has a proven track record in real estate investment spanning over a decade, establishing a prominent presence in the Las Vegas market. As a vertically integrated operator, Juan oversees every stage of the project lifecycle, from acquisition and development to property management and disposition. Beginning his career in 2012 by flipping houses, Juan has grown his portfolio to include 160 residential units, valued at over $25 million, throughout Las Vegas. This remarkable growth is a testament to Juan’s strategic acumen and keen eye for potential.

Why Legacy Living Investments?
When you are an entrepreneur, opportunities are always front of mind but also the ability to move forward based on passion is possible.
Anthony’s perspective took a turn when he visited his adult son and then 7-year old granddaughter in Florida, and he started thinking about generational wealth.
He dabbled in loan modifications which sparked an interest in real estate. And in 2016 he decided to seriously enter the real estate industry and got his license. This is where two concepts intersected, his passion for generational wealth and using real estate to create it.
Since becoming a Real estate Agent, he has received recognition and awards every single year which include, Top Realtor in the Las Vegas Market including recognition as the #1 VA Specialist in 2021; the Ruby Award, and awards for total transactions and for total commissions.
